Effective September 18, 2026. KORVANE Talent Group, an Eldridge Media LLC company, collects information needed to review Talent Interest, respond to inquiries and operate talent-management relationships.

Information collected

Public Talent Interest may include identity and contact information, date of birth, city/state, division interests, photos, optional professional links and guardian information for ages 16–17. Contact forms collect inquiry and contact details. Internal records may include represented-talent profiles, measurements, jobs, payments, documents, media and operational notes.

Use and access

Information is used for review, communication, talent operations, bookings, records and legal/business administration. Private records, minor/guardian details and protected documents are restricted to authorized administration and are not public-profile fields.

Files and retention

Uploaded photos and documents are stored for operational review and recordkeeping. Business records may be archived rather than immediately erased where legitimate historical, contractual, financial, safety or legal needs apply.
